I am a passionate choreographer with many years of experience and a deep love for dance. In Ukraine, I successfully ran my own dance school and had the privilege of guiding many children and teenagers in their dance journey. My work was not just a profession but a calling — shaped by creativity, discipline, and unforgettable performances on national and international stages.

When the war broke out, we had to leave our home and flee into the unknown. Fate brought me to the small but warm-hearted town of Neustrelitz in Germany. Within my first year here, I returned to doing what I love most: dancing — this time with children in Germany.

From those early steps, something beautiful emerged: Tanzweltstudio, my new dance collective in Germany. Together, we have already performed on stage, taken part in competitions, and celebrated early successes. But this is just the beginning.

With great motivation, new ideas, and the desire to inspire children and teenagers through dance, I plan to open a real dance school here in Germany. I want to create a place where movement, music, and community come together — a space where children can not only learn to dance, but also grow.

Dance Title: Friendship is More Than a Toy

Dancers: Maksym and Milana
Choreography: Tetiana Rebrikova

Description:
Maksym and Milana come from two different regions of Ukraine. Because of the war, they had to leave their homes and found a new one in Germany. Here, they met in our dance collective.

Their joint dance tells a special story about friendship.

It begins with a conflict: Maksym takes a toy from Milana. But when he sees her sadness, he begins to reflect. He realizes that a true smile and friendship are far more valuable than a toy. In the end, both give up the toy — because they discover that it’s much better to laugh, dance, and be there for each other.

This dance shows that friendship sometimes means giving in, understanding the other — and gaining something much more meaningful.
